In order for the message dashboard to be functional, you will need to assign it to the Private Message plugin settings. In order to do so, please carry out the following:
- Navigate to the Private Messages > Settings section
- Access the General tab, and within the “Message Dashboard Page” dropdown, select your message dashboard page
- Save your changes
