The background color of the vertical navigation can be altered by carrying out the following:
i) Navigate to the Appearance > Woffice Theming Options> Menu Options > Menu Layout.
ii) Activate the option “Enable Menu Color”.
iii) Within the dropdown rendered, set the background color from the “Menu Background ” color picker
You can also set other color aspects on the section such as the menu text, menu background hover/active, menu hover/active text, submenu background, submenu text and submenu hover/active text.
iii) Save your changes.
