Woffice has an handy feature that let you link projects to your BuddyPress groups. To get it working, please follow those simple steps:
You need to enable the option “Include in Buddypress Groups ?” from the Appearance > Woffice Theming Options > Posts/Wiki/Projects > Projects Options:
Whenever this option is enabled, that will create one new project category per BuddyPress group.
In order to link a project to a group, you simply need to choose the group name as the project’s category. Below is a sample screenshot illustration on where to add the group name as your project category:
Once done, the project will be listed on the group page and the members will be synchronized. Below is a sample display on the Group page:
