The Main General options are present within the Appearance -> Woffice Theming Options -> General options -> Main options section.

Within the options, you can easily enable the following settings;
Page Loading: Enables the page loading bar above the navbar
Hide Website: When enabled, it hides the website from search engines
Google MAP API Key: Here you can fill in your Google maps API Key
